Job summary
Pilgrim’s is seeking an I&E Specialist to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve electrical and control systems across the facility. You will support production efficiency, implement preventive maintenance, and advance control system capabilities while serving as a technical resource for training and continuous improvement.
Essential duties include diagnosing electrical problems, performing PMs, and collaborating with teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Qualifications
- Requires High School Diploma or GED plus electrical certifications.
- Industrial electrical experience required; 2–4 years preferred in manufacturing.
- Strong ability to read schematics, troubleshoot PLCs, and diagnose issues.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems across the facility.
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical and control systems.
- Train operators and maintenance staff on equipment functionality and troubleshooting.
- Assist in designing, installing, and upgrading control systems.
- Analyze recurring electrical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with maintenance/production to keep operations running smoothly.
