Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to troubleshoot electrical systems throughout the plant and perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment.

You’ll assist in implementing new control systems, review electrical issues, train operators, and support production operations. Applicants should have a high school diploma/GED, 3–5 years electrical experience, and relevant certifications; weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; electrical certifications preferred.
• 3–5 years industrial electrical experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills and ability to read and interpret drawings/schematics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical systems throughout the plant.
• Maintain electrical equipment via preventive maintenance procedures.
• Assist in implementing new control systems and research improved electrical controls.
• Train operators/technicians on operation and troubleshooting.
• Support maintenance personnel to ensure efficient production operations.
