Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking an I&E Specialist IV to support the reliability and performance of electrical, instrumentation, and control systems at the Mount Pleasant East Plant in Texas. You will troubleshoot electrical equipment, support preventive maintenance programs, and act as a technical resource for production and maintenance teams.

You will interpret electrical schematics, help install new control systems, and identify solutions to recurring issues while promoting safe, efficient, and compliant

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; industrial electrical experience preferred.
• PLC programming and troubleshooting experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical and control systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment.
• Support new control system installations.
• Identify and resolve recurring equipment issues.
• Improve electrical and control processes.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics.
