Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking an I&E Specialist IV to support the reliability and performance of electrical, instrumentation, and control systems at the Mount Pleasant, TX East Plant facility. You will troubleshoot electrical equipment, support preventive maintenance programs, and improve control systems to keep plant operations safe and efficient.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Industrial electrical experience is required.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• PLC programming and troubleshooting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical and control systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment.
• Support new control system installations.
• Identify and resolve recurring equipment issues.
• Improve electrical and control processes.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment.
• Train team members on equipment operation and troubleshooting.
• Support production and maintenance operations.
• Follow all safety, quality, and food safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
