Job summary

Qualifications

• RN with current license or equivalent health care degree.
• 2 years’ experience in healthcare or operations.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Conduct intake, enrollment, and ongoing assessments.
