• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling required.
• Active Michigan license (LMSW/LLP/LPC) required.
• Special designations CMHP and QIDP within 120 days of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical supervision and oversee program staff.
• Ensure compliance with Habilitation Waiver, Children's Waiver, and state funding requirements.
• Coordinate quality improvement initiatives and participate in the TQM/Joint Commission processes.
• Direct crisis intervention for clients and staff as needed.
• Prepare administrative reports and manage budgetary and grant-related requirements.
