Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned IDD programs to ensure high-quality, person-centered services.
  • Supervise, coach, and support program staff while promoting employee engagement and accountability.
  • Monitor field-based service delivery and provide operational support to staff serving individuals in community settings.
  • Review documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with agency standards, EMR requirements, and payer expectations.
  • Ensure staff maintain audit-ready records and complete required documentation and mandatory training.
  • Provide consultation and guidance regarding service planning, behavioral concerns, crisis intervention, and coordination of care.
  • Collaborate with families, guardians, providers, community partners, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Assist with quality assurance activities, audits, incident reviews, corrective action plans, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, staff development, scheduling, performance evaluations, and corrective action in collaboration with the Chief Quality and Compliance Officer.
  • Monitor program staffing levels and operational needs and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery.
  • Participate in funder, community, and interdisciplinary meetings as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Summary

The Manager of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) oversees the day-to-day operations of assigned IDD programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services. This position provides leadership, supervision, and operational support to program staff while promoting compliance with agency policies, funder requirements, and applicable regulatory standards. The Manager works collaboratively with agency leadership, staff, and community partners to support quality service delivery, foster employee development, and promote positive outcomes for the individuals served.

Qualifications

Education
