Job summary

BAYADA is seeking I/DD Caregivers to provide one-on-one care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the comfort of their own homes. You will help build confidence, strengthen daily skills, and enable independence with compassionate support and reliable transportation to client locations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+).
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and locations.

• Willingness to travel between clients within your assigned area.

Compensation & Schedule

Up to $19/hr.

Flexible scheduling with a variety of shifts and locations

Short commute times-we aim to place you within 30 minutes of home

What We’re Looking For in I/DD Caregivers:

• 1+ year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
