Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide compassionate, in-home support for clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Shelby, NC area. The role requires at least one year of verifiable experience in supporting individuals with IDD.

Responsibilities include personal care, assisting with errands and meals, and promoting client independence in their home and community. A positive work environment and ongoing support are offered.
