Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Special Needs Caregivers to provide one-on-one support in clients' homes. You will help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities build skills and independence, with a focus on compassion and reliability.

This role offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, short commutes, and opportunities for scholarships and career growth, with 24/7 clinical support. A HS diploma and 1+ year experience are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support with daily routines and personal care.

• Offer companionship and consistent, patient engagement.

Compensation & Schedule

• Startingat $16.00/hr.
• Flexible scheduling with a variety of shifts and locations
• Short commute times—we aim to place you within 30 minutes of home
