Job summary

BAYADA is seeking I/DD Caregivers to provide one-on-one care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the comfort of their own homes. You will help build confidence, strengthen daily skills, and enable independence with compassionate support and reliable transportation to client locations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+).
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and locations.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to activities.
• Willingness to travel between clients within your assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Provide support with daily routines and personal care.
• Help individuals build life skills and maintain independence.
• Offer encouragement, consistency, and meaningful companionship.
