Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Caregivers to provide one-on-one home health support with compassion and reliability. You’ll assist clients with daily living activities, light housekeeping, meal prep, mobility, and medication reminders in their homes across Hawaii. No experience is required—we train you.

A CNA certification or at least one year of verified work is preferred. BAYADA offers weekly pay, direct deposit, flexible schedules, short commute times, and opportunities for career

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, etc.).
• Provide light housekeeping and laundry support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders and monitoring.

What you’ll do:

As a BAYADA Caregiver, you’ll have the opportunity to develop close relationships with your clients while you help them with:

• Activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, etc.

• Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making etc.

• Meal preparation and feeding

• Range of motion/exercises

• Assisting with ambulation (Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices)

• Medication reminders

• Previous home care or patient care preferred, but not required. We will train you!

Requirements:

No experience, no problem! We will Train you to become a Home Health Aide (Driver's license and car required for non-experience candidates)

• Minimum one-year work verifiable experience

• Or a CNA certification
