Job summary

Framatome seeks a System Designer for Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Safety Systems to lead the technical definition, integration, and lifecycle architecture for safety-related control systems in nuclear modernization projects.

You will translate regulatory and customer requirements into clear specifications, drive cross-disciplinary integration, and support licensing, testing, and commissioning activities. Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of related experience in engineering.
• Knowledge of engineering standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical definitions, integration, and lifecycle architecture of safety-related digital I&C systems.
• Ensure designs meet regulatory and customer requirements.
• Collaborate across hardware, software, networks, cybersecurity, and HMI components.
