Job summary

Kiewit Power Engineering Group is seeking an experienced Instrumentation & Controls Engineer to join our growing team. Lead I&C discipline technical execution on varied projects, from early proposals to commissioning.

You’ll work with internal and external engineers, construction partners and clients, providing subject-matter expertise and team leadership for complex designs across multiple districts and locations.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited program in Electrical or Controls Engineering.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree required; PE registration preferred.
• Familiarity with control system programming concepts.
• Experience with SCADA systems and PLC; DCS experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead I&C discipline technical execution on projects.
• Incorporate contract/RFP requirements into designs and guidance.
• Coordinate design efforts with internal/external partners; mentor junior staff.
• Develop technical specifications and perform equipment evaluations.
