Job summary

SSOE, Inc. is seeking an Instrumentation & Controls Designer to deliver I&C design packages for semiconductor fabrication facility projects. You will interface between process utilities and control systems, creating comprehensive I&C documentation and layouts.

Responsibilities include developing instrument indices, loop diagrams, and control panel designs, while coordinating with electrical designers and vendors to ensure project success. A strong background in AutoCAD and Revit is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical training in engineering design related field.
• ~10 years experience in instrumentation and controls design in process facilities.
• Ability to produce complete I&C design packages with minimal oversight.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit; Navisworks familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop instrument indices, datasheets, and specification packages for process utilities.
• Produce loop diagrams, wiring diagrams, termination schedules, and I/O lists.
• Design control panel layouts, terminal schedules, and enclosure sizing.
