Boys Town is seeking a dedicated youth services supervisor in New Orleans to oversee program operations, ensure safety, and support youth and families. You will lead staff, monitor service plans, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include supervising Youth Care Workers, coordinating staff development, handling referrals, maintaining accurate records, conducting crises interventions, transporting youth when needed, and modeling Boys Town values in

Qualifications

• Ability to function independently with integrity and discretion.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and email.
• Knowledge of consultation, training, evaluation, or administration.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to safety policies and abuse risk training.
• Provide supervision and staff education on safety.
• Respond to reports of suspicious or inappropriate behavior.
• Ensure compliance with state and licensure requirements.
• Oversee referrals and youth placement.
• Conduct staff development and meetings.
• Transport youth using Boys Town vehicle.
• Manage youth service planning and progress.
• Observe and provide feedback to Youth Care Workers.
• Update and close files; conduct self-harm assessments; administer medications.
