Job summary

Boys Town in Omaha, NE is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee safety, service delivery, and staff supervision within the Family Home Program. You will ensure adherence to policies, provide training, and act as an advocate for young adults.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Human Services or related field, at least 3 years' experience with children and families, and CPR certification. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with children and families.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Annual MVR check and auto insurance as required.
• On-call availability and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop staff through ongoing supervision and training.
• Ensure safety, boundaries, and compliance with program policies.
• Oversee documentation, reports, and data accuracy.
• Coordinate referrals and plan care in focus meetings.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed and advocate for young adults.
• Build community relationships and resources for participants.
