Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with children and families.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• CPR certification obtained during pre-service training.
• On-call availability to provide support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and effective provision of services and adhere to safety policies.
• Supervise Successful Futures Specialists in planning and monitoring.
• Maintain documentation, forms, reports and outcome measures timely.
• Respond to crisis and provide 24/7 availability as needed.
• Screen referrals and assist in community collaborations and funding relations.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, program and accrediting standards.
