Boys Town seeks a dedicated professional to provide safe, effective youth care and oversee intake and placement processes. You will coordinate with agencies, courts, and families to ensure compliant, timely admissions and ongoing services.

The role requires handling sensitive information with confidentiality, maintaining professional standards, and collaborating across internal teams to support the Boys Town model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience required.
• Knowledge of youth and families served, per area/contract, may be required.

Responsabilités

• Provides safe and effective services.
• Adheres to safety policies and boundaries with service recipients.
• Attends safety and abuse risk management training as assigned.
• Reports policy violations and suspected abuse to appropriate authorities.
• Conducts intake assessments and coordinates placement and transfer of participants within Boys Town.
