Boys Town New Orleans seeks a dedicated Peer Mentor to support youth ages 14-21 in foster care or related programs. You will mentor youth, facilitate youth advisory boards, and help youth access resources and life skills training.

The role includes coordinating quarterly focus groups, documenting feedback, and collaborating with program leadership to improve services and outcomes for youth.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Experience supporting youth or in advocacy is preferred.
