Vertical Screen, Inc. is seeking an in-office I-9 validation clerk for the Warminster, PA location. This role ensures historical Form I-9s are accurate and correctly entered into the i9Success Management System. The position operates 9am–5pm with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, strong time management, and proficiency in MS Office. Attention to detail, confidentiality, and excellent communication are essential.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Attention to detail and reliability to complete tasks accurately.

• Confidential information must be kept secure and procedures followed; multitasking across tasks.

Responsabilités

• Examine Form I-9 fields for data entry accuracy and discrepancies.
• Correct errors or order further investigation; document quality deficiencies.
• Investigate deficiencies and correct accordingly.
• Follow standardized proofreading procedures.
• Assist in completion of E-Verify cases or other Form I-9 Validation.
