Vertical Screen, Inc. in Warminster, PA seeks an I-9 Document Witness to act as a subject matter expert on Form I-9 completion within the i9Success team. This in-office role runs 12pm-8pm on Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat with Tue and Sun off; standard schedule on weekdays is 12pm-8pm or 10am-6pm.

The pay is $16/hour, with Saturday schedules earning $17.80/hour. Responsibilities include handling forms I-9, emails, calls and chats, maintaining knowledge base, achieving performance targets, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Spanish bilingual preferred for communication with applicants.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete Forms I-9 within the i9Success workflow and assist applicants.
• Handle emails, calls, chats and escalate when needed.
• Process and verify Form I-9 while maintaining privacy and accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge base and stay updated on policies.
• Meet individual and team performance targets.
• Escalate issues to appropriate internal staff when necessary.
