Job summary

Vertical Screen, Inc. in Warminster, PA is seeking an I-9 Document Witness to join the i9Success team.

This in-office role features a schedule of 12pm-8pm on Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri and Sat (Tue/Sun off) or 10am-6pm on Mon-Fri, with pay at $16 per hour for standard weekdays and $17.80 per hour when Saturdays are included. You will process Forms I-9, manage applicant contact, handle emails and calls, and maintain knowledge of policies.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Attention to detail and reliability for accurate work.
• Excellent oral and written communication; empathetic listener.
• Maintain professional manners at work.
• Strong telephone skills are required.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow processing procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks within a schedule.

Responsibilities

• Process Forms I-9 and handle applicant contact during workflow.
• Handle incoming emails, calls, and chats; investigate issues for resolution.
• Work with subjects to process and complete Form I-9.
• Maintain knowledge base on product knowledge and company policies.
• Meet performance targets set by the organization.
• Identify escalation needs and refer to appropriate internal staff.
