The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to handle confidential information. The shift runs 9am–5pm, with responsibilities including data accuracy checks and E-Verify support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Examine Form I-9 fields for data entry accuracy and discrepancies.
• Correct all errors received or order additional investigation and use the error alert system to document quality deficiencies.
• Investigate areas of deficiency and correct accordingly.
• Follow standardized procedures for proofreading.
• Assist in completion of E-Verify cases or other Form I-9 Validation.
