Job summary

Vertical Screen, Inc. is seeking an I-9 Document Witness to serve as a subject matter expert on Form I-9 completion within the i9Success team. This is an in‑office position located in Warminster, PA, with a pay rate of $16/hour plus $1.80/hour for those with a standard Saturday schedule (12pm–8pm).

We are accepting a shift: 12pm-8pm Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Saturday. Responsibilities include processing Forms I-9, handling emails, calls, and chats, maintaining product knowledge, and meeting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills required.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) required.
• Attention to detail and reliability essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to handle confidential information and follow procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks during a shift.

Responsibilities

• Works within our i9Success product. Completes Forms I-9 and handles applicant contact during workflow.
• Responsible for handling incoming e-mails, calls, chats. Investigates issues to determine the proper resolution.
• Works with subjects to process and complete Form I-9.
• Maintaining knowledge base: Staying updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Meeting performance targets: Achieving individual and team goals set by the organization.
• Identifying escalation: Understanding the appropriate conversation details to elevate support to the appropriate internal staff member, when applicable.
