Qualifications

• BA degree in Engineering or Business (technical focus) or equivalent with 12–15 years of experience, or Master’s with 10–13 years of experience.
• Experience with Flight and Missile Systems.
• Experience in multi-year development/production programs valued over $100M.

Responsibilities

• Lead IPT meetings and set expectations for the project team.
• Routinely evaluate program technical and programmatic metrics for successful execution.
• Coordinate program activities across multiple functional areas.
• Plan, execute, and manage the program; develop and maintain program plans.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation, and implement corrective actions.
