Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Hypersonics Program Manager in Huntsville, AL to lead a team delivering Hypersonic systems. You will oversee technical execution, staffing, and financial commitments while guiding proposal development and customer negotiations.

The role requires strong program management discipline, experience in flight/missile programs, and ability to coordinate across IPTs and subcontractors. The position emphasizes leadership, risk reduction, and strategic planning within a complex defense

Qualifications

BA degree in Engineering or Business (with a technical focus) or equivalent and 12-15 years of experience, or Masters with 10-13 years of experience.
Experience with Flight and Missile Systems.

Responsibilities

Lead IPT meetings and set expectations for the project team.
Routinely evaluate program technical and programmatic metrics.
Coordinate program activities across multiple functional areas.
Plan and execute the program within technical, schedule, and budget constraints.
Develop, manage, and coordinate information products for PMRs and reviews.
