Qualifications

• Active DoD clearance at the SECRET level or higher
• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering
• BA degree with 15+ years of prior relevant experience or Master's with 13+ years of prior relevant experience
• Experience in program management or deputy program management for a program >$30M annual value
• Experience leading programs involving development, prototyping, or launching flight vehicles for DoD applications

Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with government and prime customers to build trusted relationships.
• Set expectations and guide internal team direction.
• Develop and implement execution and growth strategies for the program.
• Develop staffing plans with program leads and division leaders.
• Develop budgets, metrics, and targets with program finance and division leads.
• Develop detailed schedules with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Provide regular reporting: Monthly Reports, Integrated Program Reviews, weekly status reports.
• Maintain awareness of program needs with Division leaders and obtain resources.
• Mitigate risks to on-time, on-cost, successful execution.
• Travel up to 25% for test events.
