Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Program Manager to support the Hypersonics Portfolio within Defense. Lead cross-site manufacturing, drive budgets, schedules, and performance metrics to ensure successful execution for critical national defense programs.

You will interface between Hypersonics Program leadership and Manufacturing, coordinating across sites, driving cost and schedule performance, and delivering clear reporting to program leaders. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of experience or Master's with 13+ years.
• Experience managing complex projects involving baselining, budgeting, scheduling, and performance reporting.
• Demonstrated CAM experience on complex hardware production programs.
• Experience coordinating activities between Program organizations and executing groups such as Manufacturing.
• Proficiency in EVMS and earned value performance reporting.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• Residency in, or willingness to relocate to, the Huntsville/North Alabama area.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Program Management & Leadership: serve as the main connection between Hypersonics Program leadership and Manufacturing.
• Manufacturing Planning & Execution: develop and maintain manufacturing plans and BOEs for manufacturing and testing.
• Cost, Schedule & Performance Management: coordinate budgets and monitor cost, schedule, and performance across multiple sites.
• Communication & Reporting: maintain cross site reviews and provide clear updates to Program leadership.
