Job summary

QTS Data Centers in Irving, TX is seeking a Hyperscale Project Analyst to develop and maintain information management systems for Build to Suit projects, coordinate cross-functional meetings, and compile lease requirement reports for active builds.

You will partner with sales, legal, predevelopment, and construction teams to track critical workstreams, ensure timely data delivery, and support continuous process improvements across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, construction, or equivalent experience.
• One or more years’ experience in the field of real estate/construction or in a similar role.
• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience tracking and reporting deliverables to internal and external stakeholders.
• Very strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Scheduling and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain information management systems for Build to Suit projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and compile lease requirement reports.
• Track status of critical workstreams with sales, legal, predevelopment, and construction teams.
• Support information trackers for active projects and ensure data is up-to-date.
