Qualifications

• 6+ years in production systems engineering or equivalent for large-scale hardware environments.
• Experience with Python, Bash, C or C++ in Linux production environments.
• Ability to communicate designs and decisions via documentation and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and root cause systemic issues across the server fleet to maximize uptime and utilization.
• Write and maintain diagnostic and automation tooling for production servers at hyperscale.
• Own diagnostic tooling requirements for frontline operations to manage and repair fleets.
• Drive escalation for tooling and hardware issues affecting fleet health.
