K&A Power Group in New York is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to lead multi-discipline teams across engineering, procurement, and construction for diverse utility programs. You will drive planning, execution, and governance to meet budget and schedule objectives.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a focus on performance metrics like SPI and CPI. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required or equivalent.
• MBA preferred for advanced program leadership responsibilities.
• Ten+ years of large-scale utility program management experience.
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline teams through EPC phases of programs.
• Manage overall program scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk.
• Develop and implement program management plans and onboarding/training.
• Focus on SPI and CPI as performance indicators and corrective actions.
• Interface with executives, sponsors and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
