Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a Program Manager in Eden Prairie, MN to ensure on‑time delivery of Hyperscale Power products and to enhance delivery performance across the supply chain. The role focuses on reducing lead times, managing risks, and aligning with committed shipment dates.

Responsibilities include leading cross‑functional teams, maintaining schedules, governance under the PDP, and delivering projects within budget.

• Experience with product development processes and project governance.

Responsibilities

• Leads cross‑functional project teams through all phases of New Product Development.
• Plans and manages development schedules and resource plans to deliver on time and budget.
• Manages projects per PDP and escalates scope/financial changes with recommendations.
• Owns project KPIs: schedule, cost, quality, compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Provides direction to programs and coordinates with customers and internal stakeholders.
