Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a Program Manager to ensure on-time delivery of Plasma Power products and to optimize lead times across the supply chain. You will lead cross-functional teams, balance scope, and manage schedules and budgets while tracking KPIs and reporting to customers and senior management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering or CS, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with PCBA design/manufacturing. Competitive compensation and benefits in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Leads a cross-functional project team through all phases of NPD for Plasma Power.
• Plans and manages NPD schedules and resource plans to deliver on time and within budget.
• Monitors KPIs: schedule, cost targets, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinates with design, manufacturing, and procurement for readiness and DFM.
• Prepares reports and updates for customers and senior management.
• Manages scope changes and financial targets with recommendations.
