Advanced Energy is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead short-term and long-term objectives for the Hyperscale Data Center segment, developing insights, roadmaps, pricing, and marketing activities. Qualifications

• 8+ years of successful product management experience, emphasizing strategic planning and product development.
• Experience with hyperscale customers and ODMs preferred.
• Deep understanding of power conversion, distribution, and energy storage technologies used in hyperscale environments preferred.
• Deep understanding of shelf-management controllers or related technologies is a plus.
• Active participation in industry forums or standards bodies (e.g., OCP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop market intelligence including technology trends, customer insights, data center growth, and competitive landscape to guide AE’s product roadmap.
• Serve as the internal expert for top Hyperscale and AI datacenter customers.
• Lead assigned product lines, overseeing their commercial success from development through mass production.
• Manage pricing strategies for product lines, emphasizing revenue growth and margin optimization.
• Formulate and execute strategic plans for assigned product lines, including the development of product roadmaps and robust business cases.
• Design and coordinate marketing programs and communication materials tailored to various sales channels.
• Cultivate constructive and collaborative relationships with diverse global cross-functional teams, both internal and external.
• Build in-depth knowledge and expertise in product technologies, emerging product designs, competitor strengths, market dynamics, and distribution channels.
• Engage with industry organizations such as the Open Compute Project (OCP) to influence standards and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Collaborate with strategic partners and customers to co-develop solutions aligned with hyperscale infrastructure needs.
