Job summary

The role requires 10+ years in a technical PM role, a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, ERP experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management or related technical field.
• Knowledge of electrical power distribution equipment.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, analytical and PM skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive project plans and schedules; identify bottlenecks and accelerate timelines.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and drive alignment across Sales, Engineering, Production, and Quality.
• Oversee third-party subcontractors; define component requirements and manage lead times.
• Serve as primary program liaison with customers; define specs and deliver updates.
• Own project budgets and drive margin improvements.
• Drive factory inspections, quality checks, and testing to ensure specs.
• Manage all project documentation and coordinate final logistics and site delivery.
