Job summary

Confidential is seeking a senior professional to oversee the commercial and contractual management of hyperscale data centre construction projects across the UK and Europe. You will manage budgets, CAPEX, forecasts, cash flow and reporting while driving cost efficiency and risk management.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in cost control and forecasting on complex construction programs, a relevant degree (MRICS advantageous), and fluent English with 25% travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in cost control, forecasting and profitability on complex construction projects.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management; MRICS advantageous.
• Fluent English; willing to travel 25% to sites in UK/Europe.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial and contractual management of hyperscale data centre construction projects.
• Manage budgets, CAPEX, cost forecasts, cash flow, and financial reporting.
• Drive cost efficiency, value engineering, benchmarking and cost-saving initiatives.
• Lead commercial risk management, procurement and contract administration.
