Job summary

Boldt is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-stakes, hyperscale data center construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout. You will oversee the full lifecycle, ensuring safety, quality, schedule adherence, and cost performance while coordinating a large cross-functional team.

You will build strong client and partner relationships, drive forecasting and lean improvements, and manage a portfolio of complex facilities nationwide, with extensive travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field (or combo of education/experience).
• Ten+ years in construction project management with 5+ years in hyperscale data centers.
• Deep understanding of project delivery, financial data, production planning, lean techniques.
• Knowledge of data center constructability: civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls, sustainability.
• Experience managing large-scale data center projects from startup through commissioning; CSA/MEP experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large-scale data center projects across the full lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout.
• Own forecasting, cost control, and financial outcomes in schedule-driven environments.
• Build and lead a cross-functional team; manage labor and trade partners.
• Maintain safety, quality, and uptime priorities while driving on-time project completion.
