Job summary

Confidential is seeking a senior professional to oversee the commercial and contractual management of hyperscale data centre construction projects across the UK and Europe. You will manage budgets, CAPEX, forecasts, cash flow and reporting while driving cost efficiency and risk management.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in cost control and forecasting on complex construction programs, a relevant degree (MRICS advantageous), and fluent English with 25% travel to project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial risk management, procurement, and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in cost control, forecasting, and profitability across complex construction projects.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline; MRICS is advantageous.
• Fluent English is required; willingness to travel 25% to project sites across the UK and Europe.
