Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Structural Design Technician to support the Advanced Manufacturing Data Centers team. You’ll develop and update structural drawings, coordinate systems, and help produce construction documents using 2D drafting and BIM tools like Revit.

You may lead small work packages and share knowledge across multidisciplinary teams. Ideal candidates have 5+ years drafting/design in structural fields, Revit experience, and strong AutoCAD skills; hybrid work is available with opportunities

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years drafting/design experience in the structural field.
• 1+ year of Revit experience.
• 3+ years AutoCAD design experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update structural drawings and models for data center projects.
• Coordinate building systems and existing conditions with engineers, designers and project teams.
• Produce clear, accurate construction documents and BIM models for review.
• Support design work for small projects or work packages and share technical knowledge.
