Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a major hyperscale data center construction program in the United States. You will work with owners, contractors, consultants, and executives to drive projects from design through commissioning and turnover.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in construction, mission-critical infrastructure, or data center environments.
• Experience delivering hyperscale or mission-critical data centers.
• Proven success delivering projects from design through commissioning and turnover.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems including electrical, mechanical, cooling, and commissioning.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, procurement, risk, and quality.
• Ability to lead owners, contractors, consultants, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in fast-paced construction environments with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of hyperscale data center construction projects.
• Ensure project performance against schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.
• Manage all phases from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout.
• Coordinate owners, general contractors, consultants, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project controls.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risk mitigation plans.
• Monitor progress and address project risks and challenges.
• Oversee commissioning activities and operational readiness.
• Lead project meetings and provide updates to executive stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Drive accountability across project teams to achieve outcomes.
