Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead the delivery of hyperscale data center projects across the United States. The role acts as Owner's Representative from design through closeout, guiding complex multi-disciplinary teams to deliver on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction management, a track record in mission-critical environments, and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction management or mission-critical infrastructure.
• Proven experience delivering hyperscale data center or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong background in owner's representation and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects across the United States.
• Act as owner's representative through all project phases from design to closeout.
• Oversee meetings, design reviews, change orders, and project documentation.
• Monitor budget, schedule, and performance metrics while mitigating risks.
• Ensure safety, quality, and commissioning readiness while driving continuous improvement.
