Job summary

Modine is seeking a Product Account Manager to own end-to-end accountability for hyperscale AHU/ACC/MDC product lines. You will drive forecast accuracy, pricing, program execution, and delivery performance while coordinating Sales, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, Legal and Supplier Management.

You will lead negotiations, manage the opportunity pipeline in CRM, and build strong client relationships to support multi-year planning and roadmap alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Account Management, Technical Account Management or Sales of highly engineered capital goods.
• Experience in HVAC&R or data center cooling equipment.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary product-facing contact for the hyperscale product line and lead quotes and responses.
• Drive revenue, gross margin and share of wallet targets and lead commercial negotiations.
• Own the opportunity pipeline in CRM and align cross-functional teams to client roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, sourcing, and program teams to translate needs into requirements.
• Build and maintain multi-year account plans and demand/forecasting with the client.
• Ensure delivery, quality and communication meet client expectations across programs.
