Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a Product Account Manager to own end-to-end strategy for AHU, ACC, or MDC product lines with hyperscale clients. You will drive revenue, profitability, and delivery performance while coordinating with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, Legal, and Supplier Management.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in product/account management for engineered capital goods, HVAC&R or data center cooling experience, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Account Management, or Sales of highly engineered capital goods to industrial/commercial customers.
• Experience in HVAC&R or data center cooling equipment.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to collaborate across all internal cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product line for hyperscale AHU/ACC/MDC clients and grow book of business.
• Lead quoting, RFP/RFQ responses, and revenue/gross margin targets for the product line.
• Negotiate commercially and manage opportunity pipeline in CRM.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Supplier Management for on-time delivery and quality.
