Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas in Plano is seeking a Technical Business Development Manager to drive adoption of innovative power solutions for hyperscale data centers. You will manage key accounts, support product alignment, and engage with semiconductor partners.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in data center power systems, with 5-10 years of experience, and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering. A competitive salary and bonus incentives are included in this role.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in data center power systems or semiconductor/power IC ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of 48V data center architectures and DC-DC conversion topologies.
• Experience working with hyperscale or cloud customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical/business interface for hyperscale accounts.
• Drive adoption of Delta’s DC-DC conversion solutions.
• Build strategic relationships with key semiconductor partners.
• Support development and positioning of power systems.
• Track trends in hyperscale data centers and provide insights.
