Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas in Fremont, CA seeks a Senior Account Manager – Hyperscale Data Center Power to lead strategic hyperscale and large enterprise accounts, focusing on power distribution solutions and revenue growth across AI data centers, cloud providers, co‑location, and hyperscale facilities.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within power distribution or data center solutions.
• Proven experience managing large, complex, or strategic accounts, preferably within Hyperscale, cloud, or colocation environments.
• Strong understanding of data center power distribution systems and electrical infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver value-based solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage strategic Hyperscale and large enterprise accounts.
• Develop and execute account strategies to meet revenue, margin, and booking targets.
• Drive new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Position value-added power distribution solutions to differentiate from competitors.
• Build relationships with executive, technical, and procurement stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver end-to-end solutions and pricing.
• Lead customer-facing presentations and proposals highlighting technical and commercial value.
• Track performance using CRM tools and maintain forecast accuracy.
• Support customer satisfaction and retention by addressing issues and escalations.
• Stay current on hyperscale data center architectures and power distribution technologies.
