Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of job-related experience in critical infrastructure or equivalent.
• Clear communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting 50 lbs, standing, and climbing.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook or similar MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and monitoring of UPS, generators, and cooling systems to maximize uptime.
• Follow strict safety protocols (MOP, SOP, LOTO) and review work orders to track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Exchange straightforward information clearly and concisely.
• Follow defined procedures to deliver outputs under supervision.
