LINX is hiring a Low Voltage Superintendent to lead field operations on hyperscale data center, mission-critical, and large-scale commercial construction projects across the United States. This senior role will run crews, own project quality, and be the go-to resource for on-site problem solving.

With extensive experience in structured cabling and fiber on complex projects, you will drive on-site execution, training, and coordination with clients and GCs, traveling across the USA as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing low voltage or structured cabling crews on commercial projects.
• Experience with hyperscale data center clients such as AWS, Google, Microsoft.
• Hands-on mastery of structured cabling, fiber, and related pathways.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise low voltage technicians across medium to large-scale projects.
• Set crew priorities, schedule staffing, and make real-time on-site decisions.
• Provide hands-on training on installation methods and quality standards.
• Own on-site execution from mobilization to close-out, including documentation.
• Represent LINX in meetings with GCs, owners, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with LINX standards and safety policies.
