Job summary

Align is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead on-site white space fit-out projects for hyperscale data centers in the Atlanta metro area. You will oversee trades, sequencing, quality control, and commissioning, ensuring critical infrastructure meets design, load and safety standards.

Travel up to 50% outside Georgia may be required as projects expand; the role offers competitive compensation, full benefits, PTO, and performance bonuses in a full-time onsite capacity.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of construction management experience.
• Experience managing white space fit-outs in data centers.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC, schedule, and budget control.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction management for data center white space projects.
• Oversee installation of containment, ladder rack, cable tray, and HVAC systems.
• Coordinate trades, sequencing, and site safety.
• Review drawings/submittals and ensure QC compliance.
• Manage schedule, budget, and risk mitigation.
