Job summary

Align in the Atlanta metro area seeks a seasoned Construction Manager to oversee hyperscale data center white space fit-out within colocation sites. You will coordinate trades, ensure sequencing, and maintain quality and safety across mission-critical infrastructure.

This role requires travel beyond Georgia and a strong background in data center projects. Ideal candidates have 5–10+ years in construction management, with proven experience in white space tenant improvements and structured cabling

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of construction management in data centers or mission-critical environments.
• Proven experience managing white space fit-out/tenant improvements in colocation or hyperscale data centers.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC, scheduling and budgeting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction management for data center white space fit-out projects.
• Oversee installation of containment, overhead cable trays, ladder rack systems, and cooling infrastructure.
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and clients; ensure proper sequencing and safety.
• Review drawings, submittals and RFIs; monitor schedule and budget; enforce QC.
• Support commissioning and handover; manage risks and ensure standards compliance.
